Casa Fernandos in San Pedro is amazing for that. Really pretty secluded gated house where we often see kids playing in the gardens. Food is pretty good also. Another option might be neuvo reino ... A large restaurant with several sections that is stretched into the promenade so kids could play in your sight on the sand.

Casa Miguel in Cancelada village. No grass, but on pedestrianised street, so kids can play in sight of tables and diners. Food good also!

Tehuelche Restaurant on the road to Benahavis. Amazing Argentinian steaks cooked to perfection, they also have ostrich and kangaroo! Fabulous environment and lovely people! Must book as its popular.

El Rincon Italian is good and v child friendly - it's one street back from the front in town - I think down the side of Burger King.... It's on a pedestrianised street with cafes and a couple of icecream places
