I'm a personal trainer and powerlifter so I'm super particular about who I trust my back to. I've gone to Absolute Wellness and I really thought they were great. For the car, I'd check out Action Automotive on West 6 th. Tell them Mike Welch sent you!

I have several friends that swear by Sylvestre’s Auto Body on W 11 th. I doubt he's the cheapest, but auto body work is usually one of those things where you get what you pay for.

I always went to Garage 808 out on W 6 th, they specialize in Subarus & Hondas though. Really great guys out there, as a young person who's clueless about cars, they were really helpful & never pushed anything I didn't absolutely need.
