Good and reliable or cheap? Pick one because youโre not going to get both.

I'm a local with much handyman/repair/maintenance experience. I have a workshop in north-west Eugene. My main occupation is welding and metal fabrication (I'm a bicycle frame builder for nearly ten years), but I'm competent in home improvement and repair trades. I have experience in concrete work, drywall installation and repair, painting, roofing, residential electrical systems, low-voltage things like doorbells and electronic entry systems, and plumbing. I'm also good with basic home stuff: doorknobs, latches, hinges, outlets, switches, and appliances. I'm reliable and fair. I'll PM my contact info.

I got referred to Auspician from Home Advisor and they were prompt and did good work for me. I was surprised how fast they were.

My dad is a contractor who is licensed, bonded and insured. 35 years experience, local, affordable and he guarantees his work. He is pretty booked up currently, but if it can wait for a few weeks, he's good. I'm also in the process if getting my contractor's license.
