I never had to use a pediatrician, thankfully, so I don't know personally. But the CHOICE or BORN midwives should know. My dd uses Dr. Ben Almasanu & Dr. Katheleen Costlow in Gahanna 614-471-0652. Not sure how natural minded they are though, but she likes them.

Dr. Sant is wonderful..but does not accept any state insurance if that is a factor in any consideration. All of the other physicians that have been mentioned in this stream do on a limited basis..OSU accepts almost everything by way of private or state insurances, either as in or out of network.

Jess, Check out midwifery today's website--they have beautiful gifts (jewelry, books, etc) most midwives would truly appreciate. The jewelry on there is hard to find anywhere else. http://www.midwiferytoday.com/merchant2/merchant.mv I did get my CNM a trinket to place in her office; I did this after talking to some midwives I worked with--they mentioned everything from baby statues to jewelry to food--it really depends on the relationship you have with your midwife I think. :) Wishing you and your family a special Birthed Day!
