Ronald Mitchell, yes, Kathleen Conway is right. Your insurance company should have an adjuster assigned to your case. Don't file any suit or authorize any attorneys, especially tv attorneys to file a suit before you contact your carrier. Do you mind saying who your insurance carrier is? Or message me on here? I'm wondering because I worked in civil litigation in insurance defense from 2001 until I retired in 2010. Hoping for the best for you.
Ted F. replied:
Greg Price. However, he is in Sulphur Springs. He will normally have someone in your area that he works with. This is his speciality.

He is the LAST ONE TO CALL Marsha...............NEVER EVER get an attorney from the TV, and If you can always get a hold of you're attorney, then you don't want him/her. The best Attorney I have ever had, was Darlene Darinsburg on Greenville..........OMG I will NEVER lose her # and if she is needed again, you can bet you're bippy I will be calling her again. She will chew you up and spit you out and make you feel ashamed to even be alive. My trust in Dr.'s and Lawyers is ZERO, but this one is the exception to my rule.

Call Wendell Turley's office in Dallas. He never failed me and he's not an ambulance chaser.
Tragedy strikes in a corrupt town leaving a family grief stricken and their dog dead with no justice in sight... these people need a great attorney with a caring heart...
