Nate Spencer at Epic Tattoo in Ft Worth. He is light handed so it is not as painful and he free handed my cherry blossoms on my back. Ill be going back to him for my next one. The cherry blossoms were number 6 of my tattoos, and I recommend him above the other 5 artists
