Claire Taylor I used Rays Washing Machine Service in Shepp recently, 58313505 cost a bit but cheaper then buying a new machine for us. He came & picked up & dropped off there was 3 of us, all our washing machines died at same time which made it a little cheaper so if you know of other machines that are playing up????. Good luck
