I need to get my kids allergy tested and another one looked at by and ENT. Should I just go to my pediatrician for the allergy tests or is there a specialist for that?...
Aprill S. replied:
Look for someone who offers NAET. Their speciality is allergy elimination. Q'Orianka has severe allergies and NAET professional we found has worked miracles one her. Check out www.NAET.com

Augusta ENT did a great job with Madeline! She saw Dr. Barfield.
Kelly S. replied:
Augusta ENT. Dr. Barfield is awesome. One of my boys got tubes and adenoids taken out by him and the other had Tonsils and adenoids taken out for sleep apnea . I know they deal with allergies too.

If you're also concerned about a deviated septum, Aug ENT will be your best option after you've been to her pediatrician. They can do a quick CT scan at the Evans office to check for any abnormalities with her septum or sinuses. (I used to work over there). Good luck, Kelly! I hope she's doing better soon.
Jessica C. replied:
Augusta ENT will do all of that. They did Penn's allergy tests. Dr. Vickers was wonderful and I go to dr. Owen. Love them both

The pollen has started, my van is covered in it, so I am sure this isn't helping. I just called Pediatric Partners for Logan for this very reason, he has been taking claritin but is still having a hard time. I was able to get an appointment for Thursday afternoon since we have a half day. You should call and get her in ASAP. They had one open for 10 AM tomorrow.
We love Dr. Cannady at Pediatric Partners, and really have enjoyed anyone we've seen when he isn't available for whatever reason, though he almost always been.
