No good portraits coming out of Enemy Tattoo. Stay away. There was an amazing portrait artist that worked at Tattoo Evolution a while back. Cant remember his name but the guy was LITERALLY AMAZING. Check their portfolios out. You will know its him when you see his work. Sorry cant remember more info.

I got mine done at Deep Roots in Lynnwood by Alderwood Mall. They were super nice, super clean, and patient especially if its your first tattoo!
