Shawn Mansell (or someone from his group) has unclogged a couple of times, but we need a couple of leaks fixed and something done so that Mark can run a hose to the garage without wasting tons of water and so that I can water flowers and plants out front without having to run hoses all around our house again for another year (a pipe needs replaced in the crawl space).
