Dornafield is super nice, just up the road from me and had friends stay there (so I've visited a few times as well) Super easy to get to the race course as well. If your coming from north of Exeter it is the far side of Newton Abbot (currently lots of roadworks and delays) or Twelve Oaks is the other side of Newton Abbot (i.e. the nearside if travelling down to Newton) again really nice and clean, probably a fair bit cheaper as well. HTH.
