Beaver Animal Clinic, Dr. Doug. It's a haul, but worth it. He also does acupuncture. I took my lab there when he had two fractured discs in his back. His right leg was paralyzed from that and Dr. Doug got him walking again. His prices are pretty reasonable and he has evening hours.
