Dr Helman at Latrobe Animal Clinic is wonderful. Clean office and very friendly staff! And they work with your budget if you tell then you're on one, but payment is due at time of service.

There is a vet from Export that used to work at East Suburban Animal Hospital and now she has her own truck and makes house calls. I doubt she can do the surgery but for big or multiple dogs, she's the one I'd call.
