There are a number of good CrossFit gyms in the area, unfortunately none in Fair Lawn. Drop-in several of them to try them out, get an idea of their atmosphere, and see if you like them. Each box has their uniqueness. Most good boxes let you drop-in one time for free. I coach up at CrossFit Mahwah. If you are in the area, drop-in, say hi, and come hit a WOD with us.
