I had my nails done for ten years before moving here. I've had them done most places and don't recommend anyone. I've yet to find one who doesn't use methyl methacrylate. No one uses Tammy Taylor or equivalent, I've checked with suppliers. Several look ok, but the quality is not here. Overpriced too for what you get.
Long shot here: can anyone recommend a nail salon in Fairbanks? It's not for me (honest)

U.S. Nails....last time they used a cheese grater on my feet... So smooth I called medic-1 to take me home so I didn't walk on them. Also good ventilation so you don't get gassed when they are doing your hooker nails.
So this is kind random but I REALLY need some info. Does anyone know someone who does nails and was certified in Fairbanks? I want to take a nail tech course but can't...

Yes, Yenchid at Pure Essentials in Fairbanks is certified to teach.
We are doing a secret Santa at work and I would like to get a gift card for a manicure. I don't know where to be her one from or how much they are. Any suggestions :)
