I had enormous success both here in NOVA and when I lived in Bergen County,NJ go to www.care.com and www.sittercity.com. I had to travel back and forth between here and NJ and found both times the most responsible incredible sitters. They are many that have been verified with background checks so look for that certification and you can interview before you hire.

Absolutely! I personally recommend Zeury Santana home...she is so caring and reliable, responsible and extremely experienced in the child are field. She used to work with my mother Maru Figgs at a private school in Reston, VA before she started her own business! My sister Frida Figgs takes her son to Zeury when she needs someone to watch my nephew when his school is closed & he always has the best time there!
