Model's or Dick's will work. They'll mostly have the plastic molded soccer-style cleats. If you want to go big-time and get actual rugby boots, I'd recommend a trip out to Godek's (rugbystore.com) in Fairfax. As a bonus, they'll also have rugby shorts there as well. Godek's isn't quite Metro-accessible, but if you call them and let them know you're coming, they'll usually be able to come out and pick you up from the station.
