If you call (800) 304-3107 you can enter your info and they can tell you if there's a lein on your refund. If you still owe the ed department, it doesn't matter who does them.

You can do them yourself online. It's super easy. Taxact, Turbo Tax, H & R Block online. They walk you through with questions, super simple. Try that first and then if you can't figure it out pay someone. I've done mine online myself for at least 5 years. Easy and refunds fast.
