When I lived in the are I want to say I went to Ironwood...on Ellsworth I think (it's been almost 7 years lol!). You can try this link & put in your zip code to see if a spay neuter clinic maybe closer. I know there are several in Gilbert though haven't heard of any in San Tan scroll down to the bottom & put your zip in there on the widget http://www.maricopa.gov/Pets/SpayNeuter/default.aspx
