I love Animal Care Center too Terri, they are Amazing! Rachel, I think that place in Fallon is the one I had the bad experience with. It was 3 years ago and I've never been back, but I know it was way out there like you say beyond the fairgrounds.

Where is Animal Care Center? I would not go to Dr Larsen in Dayton. He came close to killing one of my dogs. It's hard to find a good and compassionate vet that is reasonable.

I've taken my dogs to several different vets, my favorite by far is lahonton valley veterinary clinic...I've had 2 dogs neutered there and they were great..I've also had other things done there too....price is like 10.00 more than and moffitt in fernley but I WILL NOT use any other vet anymore because of bad care elsewhere. They are in Fallon 423-7528 . Also once established there, if God forbid, you have an emergency and little money they Will work with you unlike most places. They were really good to me when I had to have my baby euthanized. ..:(

Moffitt Animal Clinic. Best one. My dog was sick and I took her there. they took the time with us and I had TONS of questions. VERY nice and took their time:) The other Vet on main my family did not have a good experience with last year. Hope your pup feel better soon!

I'm going to be the different one here . . . I always take my dogs to Fernley Animal Clinic/Dr. Laura Remsen (775) 575-5851. Dr. Laura and her staff are SO compassionate. One time I was going through an extreme financial difficult time and she gave me a discount on my bill - so grateful. I actually had 2 unpleasant expierences at the other clinic & won't go back . . . just sayin'. I sure hope your baby feels better:)

I use both Vets here in Fernley and have had no problems with either one. If you are just looking to get Kitty's nails trimmed then you may want to go to Classy Pets on Main St., it may be cheaper then the Vets:)
