We use The Childrens Workshop, and LOVE them. Lunch provided, excellent teachers, fun productive play. They made my transition to daycare really great. My son is 3 - we've been there a year. Good group of kids too! I found it very difficult to fin d a center that would be open for my work hours (9-5) - weird thing about the Cape - and they are open early and close late... they have full schedules printed, a web page, a parent login, and progress reports - My son loves it, and we do too (even after the first month adjustment cry/drop off phase).
