Stick with one agent, I believe I'm right in saying they all have access to all property for sale. If you find an agent you like tell them what/where you want & they will find it for you, even if it is listed with another agent. Rosanna at Soler Berna is excellent

El Galan is not a bad area but not a lot to do if you dont drive or need to be a keen walker and if you have children I believe the nearest school for infant juniors is in los dolses which is a car drive away or good walk if this is the area you want to be in look at los dolses or roija or villa martin good luck with the house hunting I am in the villa martin area and have now been out here 10 months and love it x

Used the la Zenia Sun lawyers pretty good tbh. Would recommend.

How we did it. Spend your time now while at home looking on right move at what you can afford. Contact the agents Eg: Home Espania. They will show you around the area. If you like one, they will have a solicitor and suggest a bank to use. We set all of this up in a day. Find an agent and they will guide you through everything. As for accommodation on your visit people advertise their places for rent on www.homeaway.co.uk we rented an apartment in Playa Flamenca for no money out of season.
