Yes, you can definitely do your wills at the notary's office. We did ours last year for 57 Euros each and no solicitor involved. Make sure that they include a clause specifying that the will should be interpreted under British law, but any good notary will do that anyway.

We used Mila Ballester in torrevieja whilst we were purchasing property I think she charged 80 euros each incl drawing up will and accompanying us to the notary. I wouldn’t recommend going to the notary yourselves unless you speak spanish
