I would advise against a chiropractor and say go to Premiere Physical Therapy in BV. They helped me so much. The chiropractor caused me more pain and didn't correct the issues. Also, buy one those giant exercise balls and use that as a chair instead. It will help exponentially.

I highly recommend Dr. Dickerson at Wellness Professionals. He's the only one in Fayetteville who has spinal decompression tables...last I heard. And it sounds like you need to get on one! You know how fucked my body is, and I trust him. He's so kind too.
