Sands Chiro in Bentonville only cost 35$ without insurance. Can't remember what my first visit cost but it wasn't that bad.. my insurance doesn't pay much for the chiro so I just pay the $35 and I'm done.:)

I went to a really low cost chiro called The Joint ($20 first visit) & it helped me tremendously! The thing is that the results wear off and you need adjustments kind of often. It's definitely worth a try vs spending an arm & a leg for a doctor's treatment.

Dr Sewell is fantastic. I use Cindy Beemer because she takes my insurance. I stopped having issues with mine within a few adjustments and now I go to my friend Shelley Hodnett who is a Licensed Massage Therapist-I've never felt better in my life, other than my UC, of course. Essential Oils from Young Living have helped me tremendously.
