I go to Fayette Eye Clinic. Great all-around experience. The office staff was especially helpful with my insurance stuff and the doctor was excellent.

I like Dr. Tom Lezaj at Lezaj Eye Care, inside Lenscrafters in the Fayette Pavilion, but I am biased. ;) He has been there since 2002 and has many loyal patients who ask specifically for him.

I agree Stephanie . . . . Dr. Cook delivered my boys and I LOVE him. I LOVE Dr. Matthew Ralsten in that same practice too. His bed side manor is wonderful.
