The dental benefit for those enrolled is a lifetime max of $1750. My oldest is 9 and just finished phase 1 of braces and will go into phase 2 in a year or so. We exhausted his benefit already for phase 1. Dr. Rob Prewitt at Prewitt and Prewitt is absolutely fantastic. I did a ton of research and he's the best in the area. We are 100% pleased with the results after phase 1.

You get $1500 lifetime ortho care per child. Olsen Orthodontics is wonderful and give a military discount...it took off over $1300 from our bill. Can't say enough good things about them!

Can anyone recommend a good orthodontist in the Fayetteville area
Colleen M. replied:
Andrew had a similar problem and Dr Griffies recommended Sandhills Pediatric Dentistry and they were so good with him. He played a video game and was all wrapped up in a cozy blanket while they were getting ready. Then he listened to music while they did the procedure. He never felt any pain and it was a great overall experience for him and us (Tim and I were both in there).
Colleen M. replied:
Dr Griffies in Raeford is the best. Good prices and awesome service. He is retired military and used to be the head of the oral surgery at Womack. You couldn't do any better than him. When I made a comment one time about how his prices were so much lower he said, "that is one of the nice things about being retired military, I can do this and help other people". Wonderful person! He is also the person that helped us through the whole process in getting Aubryn's teeth fixed and all of her oral surgeries.

We used Zack Smith, he is over behind the old Harris Teeter. They were always on time and took Delta Dental
Beth T. replied:
Shannon, Dr Griffies is where you want to go. After switching to a different ortho here, nothing can compare!! Promise. It may seem like an annoying drive but I promise the difference in his abilities and others, is worth it. If you are going to pay, it better look good!
Veyra C. replied:
I used Dr. Griffies as well Shannon and he was Fantastic!!!!! I will be using him for my son in a few months as well.
