It is not a barber, but Vasuda Salon is great! They specialize in all hair types, and from my experiences have mostly Black customers. I use to go to the one on 15 th Ave (Northgate). Ask for Emmett, and you'll be very pleased.

Federal Way Dentistry right across the street from the mall (next to the Hawaiian BBQ) I had mine done their. Nice people and the they have flat screens above your head you can stare it during the procedure. Oh and they take payments
