Water supply pressure and flow rates are a general problem in built up areas. More people x more water demand (high flow systems) = low peak dynamic pressure. We are fitting more pressure boosting systems than ever at the moment.

New pipe work may be needed if you are moving radiators, boiler may need rebalancing it's something only a gas safe registered plumber should do. Elmbridge plumbing are excellent in Hampton Hill.

You don't need gas safe to move a couple of radiators (or even balance the system usually, since it's not actually touching the gas side of things). But any decent central heating engineer will be gas safe anyway. I've only ever heard good this about this guy.
