Update: Fred Evatt was recommended to me by several on the rant/rave page. He got the job done ahead of schedule and charged a fair price. I will be using him again! My brother Joe can now close on his house without further delay, and a dear friend and neighbor is saved from foreclosure. I guess that makes Fred a bit of a hero!
