Northeast Auto on Hilton! They've always been good to us. I needed a repair that the dealer said required an expensive assembly part, for several hundred dollars. I took the car to NE Auto, explained the situation, and got a repair to the existing part for under $100. That's just one of several good experiences we've had there.

Try Northern Repair at 11 and Woodward...never had a problem with them.

I just had the greatest experience at Northern Repair! They were half the price I was quoted at the dealership and got the repair done in one day compared to the five days (including a weekend) the dealership would have taken. I asked them for a quote on the other repair I needed and when their quote came in high (because it wasn't something they do often) they called around to three other places to find me a better deal! It was the best customer service I have ever received! (And, as a bonus, they give complimentary cookies from Pinwheel Bakery, so you're still supporting a Ferndale business.)
