Does anyone know a reliable seamstress that would hem my reception dress before next Thus.? Short notice etc. Or does anyone have 5 inch platforms I could borrow?

You could try Brigitte's Sewing on McManness across from the fire station...she was a little slow on my last order but I think that was a fluke. 409-306-2966

Julie, I too recommend Monica Zimmerman. She had never let me down. I have sent many people to her with special occasion dresses and she does a good job.

Julie, Lori at Papillon sent me to Ann Burrell. She is in Van Lou but was very good and reasonable! 419-387-7220 Good luck ;)

Stephanie Heiserman Wendt has a lady she uses, but personally I think you should go with the platforms.

Does anybody know a seamstress that they would recommend in the Kenton/Findlay area that can shorten my too long jeans but keep the original hem in them?
