The [Arizona Heritage Center at Papago Park](https://www.weddingwire.com/biz/arizona-historical-society-museum-at-papago-park-tempe/d3 bdd6 e2 a8353924.html) seems to fit the bill of what you're looking for. I saw their courtyard being set up for a wedding the last time I went to the [museum](http://www.arizonahistoricalsociety.org/museums/tempe/) there, and the space looked absolutely stunning.

A friend got married on the golf course that's on 32 nd St between Baseline and Southern Ave. I don't remember the name but they had food trucks come in to feed the guests, not sure about the alcohol. It was a pretty scene, green grass with the mountains in the background.
