Jessica Robertson from Around the Mountain Dentistry. She is in Flagstaff but comes to SHow Low every month month. She is AWESOME. My kids go to Dr. Denham in Pinetop but if they needed anything like oral surgery, he referred us to her. First time my s on seen her he was almost 4. He was allergic to stuff so he needed to be on Allimentum longer then needed, and it caused his teeth to be super soft and they started to crumble apart. She was able to save most of his teeth and you cant even tell he had any problems with his teeth at all and he is almost 8!!!!! Dr. Stephanie Collins! It is a small office, but getting an appointment was easy. She is not only a great dentist, but an extremely pleasant human being! She has the best 'bedside' manner of a dentist I have ever met. When I first moved here, I went to Country Club Dental. Never again. Andddd there is dental clinic at NAU for hygiene (no fillings, etc.) if you aren't insured. But students will poke around in your mouth ...

I've had limited luck at flagstaff modern dental. Their front end staff is moderately competent but frustrating to work with. Their oral surgeon is generally only in once a month, coming up from Phoenix.

My family has been super happy with Dr Scott Seamans. The office staff are on the ball, he is personable and happy to talk about the cost of different alternatives as well. I had a tooth that we suspected would need a root canal "eventually" and he was fine with us waiting, even though it eventually meant scheduling a root canal on short notice. He and his staff are young enough that new procedures and methods of communication aren't scary. I get a text reminder the day before my appointment, which is perfect for me. His office is on the Northeast section of town which might be pretty convenient or obnoxiously out of the way depending on where you live.

I can recommend Dr. Yang at True North Dentistry. My wife and I have been going there for dental work and biannual cleanings since 2004. They have a nice, modern clean building and the staff has always been great to interact with. They are very attentive to your comfort and will try different things to keep you as comfortable as possible. I have dental insurance but it's pretty crappy so I see a lot of the bill coming my way each time, unfortunately. I'd say they are pretty much middle of the road as far as cost. I was referred out to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed, so they don't do surgery there, but fillings and root canals they do. Give it a shot!
