Steve Pulcinella has a great gym near Philly . He is one of the best in the world,strongman,powerlifting,Scottish Highland games he has done it and is one of the best. Warn you though he is a hard ass and doesn't put up with much. That's the kind of trainer you want.

Shawna Mendelson might be taking on some online Client's. A friend of mine a personal trainer herself got in with Shawna and man what a difference it made for her. All of these people I've mentioned are on FB. All are really good people
