Todd Arnold did ours, and he was amazing! He also recommended a great septic inspector for us who was also great!

TNT Inspection Services, LLC. He was fabulous. Eric and I didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into, and the inspection on our first offer house went awful, and he was so honest and helped us through the process. The second inspection went amazing. He was very thorough and gave us lots of info and tips too!

Mine was pretty good, very knowledgeable. Bill, he was from Homeward Bound Home Inspections (the one Amy worked for). It cost $455, which was for the inspection and the radon test.
