Not sure what there is to do in Flint really but if you want to see the state capitol of Lansing, it's about 50 miles to the west of Flint. You can check the Michigan tourism website for ideas as well: http://www.michigan.org/

Gourmet Wok next to Latinas? There is a little shack of a Chinese place on the corner of Hill n Maple I used to eat at in mid 90 s. The owners were a married couple named Wayne n Donna. If still around, you should give it a try. Also, if you like Chinese buffets, take the family out to the one in Linden plaza across from Valley. The plaza with Game Stop n Disc Replay. Before 4 during week it is 6 bucks, and they serve everything cept the crab legs. Really good food.
