Wow... Elite closed down a good while back and has never been on evans. Eric Wilder you have seen my work and I recommend imperial all day. Badi Ellis or Ethan Chandler are amazing artist! If Justin Strong was still in town i would recommend him highly also. Imperial is definitely the way to go!! I would choose them over any other shop!!

Stoney they sell this stuff at walmart I've seen advertised and it's supposed to fade them away. I think it's called Wrecking Balm. It's in the medicine area near the bandages and neosporin. It really works from what I've read.
