I think what you said is very true Portia, but I want to add to that. We as people need to first take responsibility for our own failures and/or success. We must teach our children from a young age that they are to be leaders and not followers. That its ok to be different, that they dont have to dress like everyone else. Teach them to connect with themselves and learn who they are as an individual. That should happen 1 st! Then, they should be taught to be go getters and not settlers waiting on the next one to bring them the necessary tools that are needed in order to achieve their goals.......I am a business owner, a successful one at that. I currently own 2 businesses and I'm in the process of writing a business plan for another one of the three more that I will one day own. I am currently in school educating myself because I know that it's not what I know but what I don't know that can be used against me..I am a mentor and I don't mind sharing anything that I know, but most importantly I would like to add is that God has equipped each and every one of us with greatness. Its up to the individual to tap into it..after prayer, here is a starting place to help anyone who desires to have their own business .... www.ncimed.org
