To ALL of you who have slammed, cajoled, defended and written regarding my post of Clear & Clean Window Cleaning Service, please STOP. It's ridiculous and sophomoric. I have dealt DIRECTLY with the business owner - to which all matters have been addressed and resolved. He has been watching these posts, and has also called upon those who tirelessly defend him and his his business. He, too, has asked that you quit writing and he will resolve it, and he thanks you for coming to his defense. Since few of you know me, and you know NOTHING of the circumstances, it would behoove you to do your due diligence in detective work before jumping on a consumer. You may scare others away. All has been resolved, and all is well. Mark understood my complaint, apologized for the problems and I am happily giving them a second chance to resolve any issues. Since they came so highly recommended when I used them the first time, but sometimes things happen, and the work was not up to their normal standards - a second chance is happily extended. I support all local businesses, particularly small businesses, and want them to succeed. It is normal practice for us to seek out local businesses rather than going elsewhere; however, if disappointed, sometimes one must seek other avenues. And, to answer your questions regarding reasons he was not immediately contacted - I had a continual list of visitors each week, a party, travel, illness, and my first of two total knee replacement surgeries. So, the window issue took a back burner for me. I'm attempting to play "catch--up" while recovering from the first surgery before going in for my second in December. I hope this satisfies all the "nay" sayers on this page, and I hope you will now stop writing.

PICTURE PERFECT Don Childers. have used them for almost 10 years. Owner is the one to come out, his son has just joind his dad in the business., have not met him.(THE SON) Don is the one that always comes to my house.

Do NOT use Spark Home Services. They sent a contractor to my house without even checking his background. The guy stole from me and Spark basically just wouldn't return my calls. But they have kept me on their telemarketing outbound call list. Ugh!!!

Do NOT use Window Wonders!! Exact situation as Shellie Jan Anderson Logan....they sent someone to clean the inside of our windows & the guy stole my son's Ipod & tablet. I told the owner of the situation and he didn't even offer a discount off our cleaning!

I'm looking at flooring now. We've had 1 person (Kathy Grover w/ Interior Exterior Solutions) come out. Kathy came highly recommended. Coker Flooring also got high marks. As far as window washing, look at Texas Windows.
