The very best carne for asada I have found is at Asaderos Mkt on the corner of 3 rd and Yucaipa Bl. The actual butcher/maranader is usually there working away.Get the cheaper priced asada . It is delightfully sliced very thin and the marinade is awesome. I cook on bbq for a matter of minutes because it is so thin and it stays moist. Delish
