I’m a Relator and my office is in Barnegat Light. I recommend IKM Insurance in Harvey Cedars all the time 609-494-9200. You will need to get an elevation certificate done to get the most accurate coverage. They will be able to recommend a surveyor that can help you.

Tracy, flood insurance is not federally regulated, we offer 3 different private flood markets that are underwritten by Lloyds of London and Lexington insurance companies. You can call Gayle at my office (Duryea Agency) in Manahawkin 609-597-7343. I have seen it 40% lower than NFIP rates.
