Not Lacey related, so I apologize in advance but does anyone have any opinions of good restaurants in Times Square? Sit down--Not counter service, nice ambiance but...

We just ate at The Mean Fiddler and it was great. Check out their menu! Boneless wing appetizer and fish and chips dinner were great and the flatbread pizza was delicious. It's a combo Irish pub/sports bar. Really affordable and they take reservations. http://www.themeanfiddlernyc.com

If anyone needs plans for Easter Sunday; Kristys Casual Dining in Waretown is having a dinner buffet at 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 pm. Reservations are extremely recommended but we do usually have 2-3 booths open for walk-ins when we do these for other holidays. Call 609-693-7070 for reservations
Hubby and I are looking to do a cape may weekend trip in September. Any recommendations for hotels, restaurants or things to do? We will NOT have kids with us!
Kelly H. replied:
We had a great breakfast at the Rusty Nail. Mad Batter has great reviews, but too busy when we were there.
Erin R. replied:
George's place great Mediterranean food, byob cash only! Stay at The Virginia Hotel breakfast in bed or out on there porch. Mad batter is a great restaurant to and they are connected to b&b, if your looking for a hotel setting Congress Hall is also good. I forgot to mention Cape May brewery is a fun place to visit without kids...
Sharon C. replied:
Congress Hall definitely !
Dana T. replied:
Congress Hall is a nice place to stay.
Kathy H. replied:
Mad Batter has a great breakfast. We stay at the Montreal Inn very clean. Live music and outside bar looking over the Ocean. Staff was very caring to any of our needs.
Jason S. replied:
Take the ferry over to Delaware and stay at the Covered Bridge Inn (Ingrid the owner and inn keeper is awesome)...eat at Heirloom for Dinner (tell Zak the bartender we sent you)...visit Dog Fish Head Brewery...then stop at capriotti's for a sandwich on the return ferry...that's what we would do on a kid free weekend. Cape May is great with or without the kids but make it special and follow the tips and you will not be disappointed with a weekend across the water in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach Delaware.
Cheryl B. replied:
Carroll Villa Hotel, and it includes breakfast at the Mad Batter. Cape May Winery is fun to visit. You can do a tour or wine tasting, or just buy a bottle of wine. Served in an ice bucket with two glasses and sit down at the tables inside or out.
Sar A. replied:
I can give you a ton of recommendations from down there I'm from Cape May area, North Wildwood. You like beers there's breweries, wine ton of wineries, also we got a new vodka distillery. George's Place for breakfast or dinner. Merion Inn for dinner. Panico's for dinner. Mad Batter is a definite for brunch as is Blue Pig in Congress Hall. Fins Restaurant another great place for food or just drinks at the bar. Tisha's a byob so good for dinner. Sea Salt Restaurant a great dinner place! The Rusty Nail for drinks. Any other suggestions let me know!!

Sea Dogs Grill on 72 in Barnegat. Super small seating area and stuff so call ahead or just get take out. Priced excellent and delicious! They also have Skipper's market there too to buy fresh stuff.

Not local but not very far. Docks Oyster Houses in Atlantic City is the best on the East Coast. Family owned for 100 years. The only issue is you may have to make reservations about a month from now.
