There's the [Krav Maga Institute](http://kravmagacolorado.com/) in Fort Collins. Definitely will get you a workout through fighting. I haven't taken the class, but I have seen them finishing up when I showed up for... ...[Fundamental Strength](http://www.fundamentalstrengthllc.com/) which is in the same building. Fundamental Strength does small group kettlebell workouts. You may also want to check out another post - [Beginner crossfit gyms?](https://www.reddit.com/r/FortCollins/comments/4 huvz4/beginner_crossfit_gyms/) - for some additional gym recommendations, though they might not be tailored to the kickboxing/fight and yoga classes you seek.

The Fort Collins Club is awesome! You get free classes including yoga and Box fit! They also have an outdoor and indoor pool, a bar, and a free coffee! They do free tours and two day passes! Membership prices are decent for what they offer! I would definitely recommend stopping by!

The yoga classes at Miramont are really good, diverse with a wide range of times to fit any schedule. I'm not sure about their kickboxing classes though... or if they have any.

Here is the link for Stroller Strides, Arica ! You get your first class free, and we have classes M/W/F from 9:30-10:30 am at Glenmere Park. We are adding Saturdays on July 12 th. So, you get 16 classes/mo for $55 (with a one-time $30 reg fee), which ends up being $3.43/class. We also have a 10-pass for $110. If you come 5+ times a month, it is the most economical to get a membership. smile emoticon http://frontrange.fit4 mom.com/.../stroller-strides-greeley
