Expats suggest contacting Horizon in Istanbul to see if they can deliver/or if they know of a reseller: http://www.nespresso.com/tr/en/contact_nespresso/ Other things people use are "try putting limon sos (descaler) that you buy from Bim in the water trough and then let it trickle through. Its cheap around 1 TL." If you can't get it through horizon, let me know. I know of a decent coffe maker service center in Marmaris (Nespresso, Jura, etc), and maybe they know of somebody in Izmir.
