I used to use Vanny nails on federal in the plaza with the lime.. Never got pink and whites done but Andy always did a good job with acrylics and pedicures. They also keep a box for you with your own nail file and buffer. If the other place doesn't work out, try them!

I started going to Bella's nail salon on biscayne near party city. I also like Tammy's nails in what used to be Lohmanns plaza. In Hollywood you can go to Pink Nail Spa, they're pretty cheap and I like Mirna there.
