Creative Nails By Lynne......I only get gel polish, so I don't know if she uses electric buffers. She is very knowledgeable about nails, and she uses quality products. NO strong chemical odor bc she doesn't use the cheap crap with MMA in it. My mom and I love her. Check out her page!
