I have been using Jerry's Drain service since I moved in here. 783-0010. I have a lot of trees, and old clay pipes. When I moved in, there wasn't even a clean out - unless you count the hole someone had busted in the pipe and covered with aluminum foil and reburied. They have installed a clean out for me, cleaned out the pipes for me, and even helped me prove to the city that it was THEIR issue, not mine. They are very reasonable too, and fast. I won't use anyone else.

Nope. But when I had to have my roof replaced after the hailstorm, I used Able Roofing out of VB. Great job, fast, and reasonable. I had one spot that started leaking a couple of years later - the seal around the vent had come loose. Owner came out in the rain and fixed it - no charge.
