The ridges aren't from product good or bad... it's from your body. They are cause by MANY things. Shoot starting or stopping birth control pills can change your body chemistry enough to cause them. As I have aged and gone onto hormone thrapy I have devoleped a ridge on my thumbs. It's from a change in your cuticle. If you want someone who speaks well try the place by reggies. And Navarre nails as well. They have done pedi for me and spoke very well and even humor me and as a former tech I'm picky! Lol
