Go get some good walking shoes! Make an appointment and hopefully they can give you orthotics. I loved mine, they weren't the cheap like the ones from Wal-Mart, they were made for my feet! Also NO heels to work!!!! NONE, buy a pair of Clark's shoes or ... Something comfortable. I usually had to pay 90.00 or more, but worth it!!! Get a note from your primary Dr. to wear tennis shoes. NO need in wearing Nice shoes for duty! And wear your tennis to teach. It may not look as adorable as you might like, but much better for your feet and quality of life. I love a shoe store on Magnolia. They have wonderful shoes and fit you perfectly. Also go to Luke's or Fort Worth Running Co and tell them you need to be fitted for some walking shoes. Fort Worth Running Co will place you on a treadmill and film how you walk. Your instep will change what type of walking/running shoe. I for years was wearing the wrong size of width. They helped me lots, I paid more but now I can buy tennis at other stores. I will be praying for you! And your feet! HUGs and Love

His father is in the practice too so ask for Dr. Michael Reuter (although I'm sure his dad is fine too!)
